1. Can I convert my loft?
- We can help you to evaluate your loft and its potential.

2. How do I know how much it is going to cost?
- We will be happy to provide you with a free estimate, as long as you own the property.

3. What about the design - the drawings - and planning permission?
- We have designers that do the drawings and deal with the local authoriies to obtain planning.

4. How long does the planning process take?
- It can take about 3 months depending on the local authority.

5.Is there continuity throughout the planning and building process?
- It is our responsibility to keep you up dated as to the progress of the planning permission etc.

6. How long does the building process take?
- It takes on average 4 weeks for a standard terrace house to be converted.

7. Can the build be affected by weather conditions?
- Adverse weather conditions can delay any roofing work.

8. How long do I have to wait after planning is granted for you to start the work?
-We propose to start within a monh of the relevant permissions being obtained.

9. Will we have to move out during the building works?
-No, we keep the upheaval down to a minimum by largely working on your loft from the outside and leaving the site tidy at the end of every working day. Many lofts are completed with families with small children comfortably living at home.

10. Can your builders do extra works while they are on the premises?
-Yes we are happy to carry out any additional works to enhance or repair your home.
