Top Flight Loft Conversions was established in south Wales in 2002 and are Members of the Federation of Master Builders and a Corporate Member of The Guild of Builders and Contractors. We have converted many properties in and around Bridgend, Porthcawl and the Vale of Glamorgan, tackling all types of roof complexities. We pride ourselves in converting each loft with care and craftsmanship, and guarantee a minimum of disruption to your home environment.

LOFT CONVERSIONS
 

Dormer Loft - The typical loft conversion. The roof space is extended to the rear with velux windows to the front roof slope.
 

Eaves Loft - Generaly undertaken to properties where there is ample existing roof space. Roof slopes remain with Velux windows to he front and rear.

Mansard Loft - the roof space is extended to the rear and in most cases the front also.
